User Agreement of Ability Limited (Xiamen) Technology Co., Ltd.
1. General Provisions
1.1 Purpose of the Agreement
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is jointly concluded by Ability Limited (Xiamen) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the Company") and the users (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "User") who use the services provided by us. It aims to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, regulate the behavior of users in using our services, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of users.
1.2 Scope of Services
The services we provide include, but are not limited to, technical services, technical development, technical consultation, technical exchange, technology transfer, and technology promotion, as well as advertising production, publication, design, and agency. The specific service content shall be subject to what we release on our official website or other channels.
1.3 Effectiveness of the Agreement
By registering as our user or using or continuing to use our services in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and this Agreement shall be legally binding on you.
2. User Registration and Account Management
2.1 Qualifications for Registration
You confirm that when you complete the registration process or use our services in any way, you are a natural person, legal person, or other organization with full civil capacity. If you do not have full civil capacity, please use our services under the accompaniment of a legal guardian and ensure that your registration is approved by the legal guardian.
2.2 Registration Information
When registering, you shall provide true, accurate, and complete information as required by us and update it in a timely manner when the information changes. We shall not be liable for any problems or losses arising from the fact that the information provided by you is not true, accurate, or complete.
2.3 Account Security
You shall be fully responsible for the security of your account and password. You shall not transfer or lend your account to others for use. Otherwise, any risks or losses arising therefrom shall be borne by you. If you find that your account is being used illegally or there is a security vulnerability, you shall notify us immediately.
3. Rights and Obligations of Users
3.1 Rights of Use
You have the right to use our services in accordance with this Agreement and the relevant rules we publish. You have the right to post information, communicate, and obtain technical support on our platform, but you must comply with the laws and regulations and the provisions of this Agreement.
3.2 Obligations of Users
When using our services, you must comply with the following obligations:
You shall not use our services to engage in any illegal or unlawful activities;
You shall not post or disseminate any false information, infringing content, or information that violates public order and good morals;
You shall not interfere with or disrupt our service system, nor infringe upon our intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests.
4. Rights and Obligations of the Company
4.1 Service Provision
We will endeavor to provide you with stable and efficient services. However, we shall not be liable for any interruptions or delays in the services caused by force majeure, network failures, system maintenance, or other reasons.
4.2 Protection of Information
We will strictly protect your personal information and will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, unless required by law or in other specific circumstances.
4.3 Content Management
We have the right to review and manage the content you post. If we find any content that violates the laws and regulations or this Agreement, we have the right to delete it or restrict access to it.
5. Intellectual Property

Any content you post on our platform, including but not limited to text, images, videos, etc., shall be owned by you. However, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for the purposes of providing services, promotional activities, and other purposes.

6. Liability for Breach of Contract
6.1 User Breach
If you violate any of the terms of this Agreement, we have the right to take measures including, but not limited to, warnings, restrictions on services, suspension of accounts, termination of services, and we have the right to require you to compensate us for any losses caused thereby.
6.2 Company Breach
If we violate any of the terms of this Agreement, we will bear the corresponding legal liability in accordance with the law.
7. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
7.1 Applicable Law
The establishment, enforcement, interpretation, and resolution of disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
7.2 Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises between the parties regarding the content or implementation of this Agreement, the parties shall first seek to resolve it through friendly consultations. If no agreement can be reached through consultation, either party may bring a lawsuit to the People's Court of Siming District, Xiamen City.
8. Other Provisions
8.1 Amendment of the Agreement
We have the right to modify and supplement this Agreement according to changes in laws and regulations or business needs, and we will notify you through our official website or other means. If you do not agree with the modified Agreement, you have the right to terminate the use of our services.
